Lucid Dreaming Herbal Tincture Recipe

### **Suggested Proportions for Tincture:**
- **Calea Zacatechichi (Dream Herb):** 30 grams
- **African Dream Root (Silene Capensis):** 10 grams
- **Gotu Kola Leaves:** 20 grams
- **Blue Lotus:** 20 grams
- **Mugwort:** 20 grams

### **Instructions:**

1. **Preparation:**
   - Combine the dried herbs in a clean glass jar. The total weight should be around 100 grams.

2. **Infusion:**
   - Pour enough vodka (or other high-proof alcohol) over the herbs to fully cover them. You should have at least twice the amount of alcohol as the weight of the herbs, so if you have 100 grams of herbs, use at least 200 ml of vodka.

3. **Steeping:**
   - Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Shake the jar gently every few days to help with the extraction.

4. **Straining:**
   - After the steeping period, strain the tincture through a fine mesh or cheesecloth to remove the plant material.

5. **Storage:**
   - Transfer the liquid into dark glass dropper bottles and store them in a cool, dark place. Label the bottles with the date and contents.

6. **Usage:**
   - Start with 10-15 drops under the tongue or in a small amount of water before bed. You can gradually increase the dosage if needed.

### Notes:
- The suggested amounts and ratios are based on a balance between the potent dream-inducing properties of Calea Zacatechichi and African Dream Root, and the cognitive and dream-enhancing effects of Gotu Kola, Blue Lotus, and Mugwort.
- Since these herbs can have potent effects, it's advisable to start with smaller doses to gauge how your body reacts before adjusting.

This blend should create a powerful tincture that enhances dream recall, vividness, and potentially increases the likelihood of lucid dreaming.
